Paul E. Sleiman is a co-founder and managing partner of Triforce. In 2015, Mr. Sleiman formed the company with his brother, Louis E. Sleiman, also a co-founder and managing partner of the firm. Within four years of starting Triforce, Mr. Sleiman has successfully executed over $100 million in real estate transactions and development work for the company’s balance sheet.

Mr. Sleiman graduated with cum laude honors from Bentley University outside of Boston, MA with a degree in finance. Upon graduating, he worked for the country's largest public mortgage REIT, an affiliate of one of the world’s largest global real estate private equity firms, with over $100 billion in assets under management. Mr. Sleiman worked as an investment analyst on a 10-person team of investment and management professionals acquiring and trading new-issuance and legacy high-yield commercial mortgage-backed securities.
